Security Cloud Control Lab
Cisco's Security Cloud Control is a comprehensive security architecture that extends protection across all major trust boundaries—encompassing users, devices, applications, and workloads—wherever they reside.
This architecture supports secure connectivity from branch locations via SD-WAN, through to Security Service Edge (SSE) capabilities, ensuring consistent policy enforcement and visibility across hybrid and multicloud environments. By including users and devices alongside workloads and applications.
At its core, a Security Cloud Control is an integrated security platform that delivers consistent firewalling across public, private, and hybrid environments. It combines centralized cloud-based management with unified policy enforcement, dynamic policy discovery, and full lifecycle management—providing deep visibility and control across distributed infrastructure, not just applications.
